Three Young Sisters Found Dead After Visiting Their Father

Posted on August 16, 2025

Three young sisters—Olivia (5), Evelyn (8), and Paityn Decker (9)—went missing after a scheduled visit with their father, Travis Decker, in Washington state. When he did not return them on time, their mother contacted the police.

The girls’ bodies were later found near Rock Island Campground, close to Travis’s abandoned truck. Authorities confirmed the girls had been restrained and suffocated. Travis Decker, a 32-year-old former military member, is now a suspect and considered armed and dangerous. He is wanted on charges including aggravated murder and kidnapping.

The girls were reported missing on May 30, and their bodies were discovered on June 2. Police are asking the public to help locate Travis. Meanwhile, the girls’ mother is mourning her tragic loss.

In a separate case in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a house fire revealed the deaths of three family members. Authorities believe another family member took his own life after the incident. Mental health issues and family tensions are suspected factors.

In Buenos Aires, a family tragedy occurred when a mother was suspected of killing her husband and children before taking her own life. She had been under psychiatric care.

These stories highlight the importance of mental health awareness and family support. If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. Please reach out and seek support—help can save lives.
