13 Years Ago They Were Called The Worlds Most Beautiful Twins, Now Look At Them

Posted on August 15, 2025

Ava and Leah Clements: More Than Just Beautiful Faces. In 2017, for their seventh birthday, identical twins Ava Marie and Leah Rose Clements launched an Instagram account that quickly went viral. Known as the “most beautiful twins in the world,” the California sisters captured hearts worldwide with their stunning looks and charm.

What started as a simple way for their mother, Jaqi Clements, to share updates with friends and family soon turned into a modeling career. Brands and agencies quickly noticed, leading to deals with companies like Nike, Disney, and Target. Despite criticism for allowing them to model so young, Jaqi insisted the decision was the girls’ own dream, and she and her husband only supported it—never profiting from it.

In 2019, the twins used their platform for more than modeling. Their father, Kevin, was diagnosed with a rare cancer—T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. The girls rallied their millions of followers to help find a bone marrow donor. Though their uncle Chris turned out to be a match, many joined the donor registry, helping others in need.

Now 14, Ava and Leah continue modeling while balancing school, family life, and advocacy. Their journey shows they are more than beautiful—they’re compassionate, driven, and inspiring young role models.
