Riley Keough ‘donated her eggs’ to John Travolta and late wife Kelly Preston for their son Ben, claims court documents

A new lawsuit has brought a bombshell claim: John Travolta’s youngest son, Benjamin, may not be the biological child of his late wife, Kelly Preston. Instead, actress Riley Keough is alleged to be Benjamin’s mother, and there’s an explanation for this.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston married in 1992 after he had proposed at the Palace Hotel restaurant in Gstaad, Switzerland, the day before.

They welcomed three children: Jett, Ella Bleu, and Benjamin. Jett tragically passed away in 2009 at age 16. Kelly Preston was later diagnosed with breast cancer and passed away in July 2020 at age 57.

“On the morning of July 12, 2020, Kelly Preston, adored wife and mother, passed away following a two-year battle with breast cancer,” a family representative said at the time. “Choosing to keep her fight private, she had been undergoing medical treatment for some time, supported by her closest family and friends.”

Since then, John Travolta has ensured his late wife’s memory lives on. He has consistently published tributes to her, and, for what would’ve been her birthday earlier this year, he shared a newly recorded song about her.

Their youngest, Benjamin, was born nearly two years after Jett’s passing. However, a bombshell new lawsuit claims that Kelly was actually not the biological mother of Benjamin, but actress Riley Keough, daughter of Lisa-Marie Presley and granddaughter of Elvis himself and Priscilla Presley.

John Travolta fathered Elvis’s great-grandson, lawsuit claims

Per PageSix, Birgitte Kruse, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, alleges that Riley is the biological mother of Travolta’s youngest son, as she claimed Kelly used Keough’s eggs to conceive the son.

Kruse claims that Keough received between $10,000 and $20,000, along with an old Jaguar, in the deal, per documents obtained by the news outlet.

Keough is claimed to have agreed to give up eggs after her mother, the late Lisa Marie Presley, once gave her eggs to Travolta and Preston. However, John and Kelly allegedly didn’t want to use those eggs, as Lisa Marie had a history of drug use.

The harmful allegations were made in a lawsuit filed by Priscilla’s former associates, which included Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The National Enquirer was first to report on this.

People Magazine also obtained court documents, claiming that Riley, Lisa Marie, and Danny Keough’s daughter donated her eggs to Travolta and Kelly Preston, who used them to welcome Benjamin.

Kelly Preston was “unable to bear her own children,” claims lawsuit

The lawsuits, filed against Lisa Marie’s son, Navarone Garcia, state that immediately after Lisa Marie’s death in January 2023, the “entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators.”

“Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, and the father of Harper and Finley Lockwood approached Plaintiff Kruse, telling her that John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, had been unable to bear her own children, and Travolta and Presley previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant,” the complaint continued, per People Magazine.

Lockwood further claimed he and his children were “financially destitute” as Kruse and Fialko worked to try to “manage the constant chaos.” The filing didn’t clarify that the eggs produced a child.

Moreover, the filing read that Lockwood alleged that Travolta approached the family in 2012, a year after Jett’s tragic death. Per the court documents, Lockwood claimed that John Travolta “needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men, which threatened his career as a leading man.”

Per the complaint, “Lockwood claimed that Travolta said he no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta.”

However, according the documents, as Navarone Garcia heard this news, he “threw a tantrum, demanding that Plaintiffs keep Riley’s and Travolta’s son out of the press, since Priscilla promised him that he would be the only male musician in the family and would now be the ‘king.’” Kruse and the others involved in the lawsuit claimed that Garcia requested a “million-dollar settlement.”

In a statement made to TMZ, Priscilla’s attorney’s Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, said, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,”

“Outrageous allegations”

Singer and Harman continued, “In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant.”

“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court,” the attorneys conclided.
